    O.M.G.

Jamaican Beef Patty. Possibly the best thing I have ever had, ever.

I stumbled upon this place a month or two ago because it's right next door to the chiropractor I started going to.

I had NO IDEA what Jamaican food would be like, but I'm so glad I tried it.

In my 5-6 trips here I have tried the beans and rice, the ox tail,  the different meat pies (patty's) that they have, the beef tacos, and the plantains.

I don't even like curry but the curry here is BOMB!

The beef pattys are almost like an empanada but they're not fried. The dough is orange and maybe a little spicy. The ground beef is perfectly seasoned with I don't know what but it's like a heaven pocket.

They have all different kinds of Jamaican sodas that are awesome and a wide variety of hot sauces as well.

The nicest most friendly people ever. Really cool reggae vibe inside. Super clean restaurant.

    Family-owned business-  they're Jamaican too!/

I love this place and will probably get a beef patty every time I go to the chiropractor.

10/10 food and  10/10 customer service:

Today I stopped in to get a beef patty but they had just ran out. She remembered my name and said don't worry I'll make you some more if you can give me 15 mins or so (they were baking).

I said sure, I'll take 6 of them, to go! (Only 5 made it home)

So I went to run an errand and came back, and she had them ready to go for me, bagged up and wrapped to stay warm.

Thanks guys! See you again soon!

Cammal & Sean the owners of One Love Island Cuisine,
    Have Great Tasting Food There!!!
My family loves it!   We actually had our first plate at the Oceanside Street Market in August 29th.   It was so good that my family came to their restaurant on Sept 1st on Sunday.  Again the food is the BAUM!!!!!
I love Jamaican Food & this place is the go to place.

    Cammal & Sean,
May God continue to bless you both and your restaurant .
    Love are family

I wasn't sure what to expect but the food was fabulous. And plentiful. I have more to eat tomorrow morning for breakfast.

The mango salsa tasty and considering I'm not a mango lover I really enjoyed it.

    Potato salad was decent

The boneless jerk chicken was tender and flavorful

The oxtail was quite delicious although it had quite a few small bones. Be very careful is to not bite into your food hard. There are lots of small bone shards in the oxtail

Curry goat was good although they would have preferred a little bit more curry sauce

I will definitely order from here again

This food is so good. Jerk chicken is spicy and savory. The curry goat was flavorful BUT too much fat on it. We couldn't enjoy it. The rice and potato salad went so well and tasted great as well. Steamed cabbage was just okay according to my boyfriend.
All in all. I'd come again for the delicious chicken!
